Class : Exam weight split
Teachers enter Class Score and Exam Score as raw marks out of
100. The weighted percentages (
raw × weight ÷ 100) are
calculated automatically and saved to the marks table alongside the raw scores. The total is
always out of 100.
Class Score
raw / 100 → 30%
Exam Score
raw / 100 → 70%
Total
weighted 30 + 70 = 100
TVET Grading System
Boundaries, points & remarks
Grades are derived from the Total (out of 100). Each grade is awarded when the
total is at or above its Lower Bound. Grade Points feed the
Aggregate of Best Six on the report, and the Remark is printed on the report card.
