Pick the scoresheet Excel files (they can be the ones downloaded from this page). The class, subject and teacher are read from each sheet’s header (“Class:…”, “Subject:…”, “Teacher:…”) or from the fallback fields below. Student rows are upserted into the marks table (an existing Index Number in the same Class + Subject is updated), and Class %, Exam %, Total and Grade are recalculated using the configured split.

One zip file for all teachers. Inside it, every teacher gets a folder named after them, and each folder contains the .xlsx scoresheet for every class & subject they teach. The file uses the configured Class Score : Exam Score split (30 : 70, set in Grading Config).
